Physical changes to the real marker of growth. This change can be referred to as puberty. Puberty in life usually begins at the age of 8 to 10 years old and ended more or less at the age of 15 to 16 years old. the women usually experience puberty earlier than the boys. The aim of this study was to determine the adolescents behavior of aged early 12-15 years old class IX in the facing of puberty at SMPN1 Bantur.rnThis research uses descriptive method, by giving questionnaires directly to the respondents, amounting to 38 students in class IX SMPN1 Bantur.rnBased on the results of the study, the behavior of students of SMPN 1 Bantur are divided into behavioral cognitive, affective, and conative. Behave largely negative 60.5% and only 39.5% and a positive attitude each of these three components. Cognitive behavioral, affective, and conative occurs on different students, which has positive and negative values, it could be a student has a positive attitude on the cognitive components while affective components and its conative is negative or otherwise. For the value of the general behavior or overall student SMPN 1 Bantur in the facing of puberty has negative and positive behaviors is the same 50.0%. The conclusion of this study was that the students of SMPN 1 Bantur having behavior less well in the facing of puberty. Expectations that can be given is that the class IX student SMPN 1 Bantur further improve insight and knowledge of behavior in facing puberty.rnBibliography : 25 references (2003 - 2013)rnKeywords : Adolescents behavior of early, facing puberty period
