Kep., Nurses.rnFree sex is a bad consequence among teens due to the advance of globalization and the growht of science and technology. If it is without knowledge, free sex can be a health problem because it gives an impact on disease and death among girl teens. Based on the survey of TheMinistry of health, 32% of 14-18 years old teens in big cities of indonesia have committed pre-marriage sexual intercourse. After the conduct of preliminary study on 03 July 2013 and interview with the Principal and the Counseling teacher, there are three girl students who are pregnant before marriage because they commit free sexual intercourse.rnThe main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of health counseling about free sex on the knowledge rate of grade VII girl teens. Counseling method is analytical with cross-sectional approach. Sampling technique is simple random sampling. Research is located at SMPN 1 Donomulyo Malang. The sample is 83 girl students. Instrument of research is questionnaire which is given before and after counseling.rnResearch is intetled with”The Influence of Health Counseling about Free Sex on Knowledge Rate of Grade VII Girl Teens at SMPN 1 Donomulyo Malang” and the result indicates that after given counseling, 83 respondenst heva good knowledge. The respondents who are 14 years old are 5 respondents (62,5%) and most of them have good knowledge, while the respondents with age of 13 years old are 17 respondents (40,5%). Result of analysis indicates that p = 0,00 which ≤ 0,05, meaning that H1 is accepted and there is a meaningful influence before and after counseling. By these result, it is expected that teens and health workers can improve their knowledge about free sex among girl teens to increase health degree among community, to promote or disseminate the information through the counseling about free sex, and also to increase KIE about free sex among girl teens.rnBibliography : 26 References (2000 – 2010)rnKeywords : Counseling, Girl Teen, Free sex
